Jaguars rookie Travis Hunter and wife Leanna De La Fuente announce birth of first son

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Travis Hunter and his wife, Leanna De La Fuente have announced the birth of their first child.

The couple revealed the news in a YouTube vlog titled “Dear Son…”, which documents their journey from finding out about the pregnancy to the baby’s arrival.

The video begins with the couple showing a positive pregnancy test and ultrasound photos. 

While the couple did not disclose their newborn’s name or exact date of birth, the vlog offers a personal timeline leading up to the 2025 NFL draft. Hunter and De La Fuente can be seen reflecting on where he would be drafted and where their son would grow up.

The vlog closes with footage of De La Fuente’s pregnancy highlights, hospital clips, and the sound of their newborn crying, followed by the note: “Dear Son, We love you. Love, Mom and Dad.”

Hunter and De La Fuente first met at Collins High School in Suwanee, Georgia, before dating through his college career at Jackson State and Colorado. The couple became engaged in February 2024 and married in May.
