Electrocution kills one, injures two

A tragic incident occurred on Girja Road, Rawalpindi, where one young man died and two others were injured after coming into contact with live electric wires.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, while working in a street on Girja Road, an iron ladder accidentally struck overhead power lines.

As a result, 24-year-old Adnan sustained severe injuries and eventually succumbed to them, while Raj Wali suffered 30 per cent burns and Junaid Ahmed received 20 per cent burns. Rescue personnel provided first aid to the injured before shifting them to hospital, where they remain under treatment.
