Ed Kelce reveals source of son Travis' happiness: "There’s no question about it"

Ed Kelce says Travis Kelce’s happiness comes from Taylor Swift, praising the couple as “obviously in love.”

Travis Kelce’s father Ed Kelce has credited Taylor Swift as the main source of his son’s happiness.

Speaking at the premiere of The Kingdom in Kansas City on Sunday, Ed said simply, “Taylor. There’s no question about it.”

Ed praised the couple’s bond, adding, “They’re two people obviously very much in love.” He also called a recent joint appearance by Swift and Travis on the New Heights podcast “so good” and “awesome,” noting how much he enjoyed watching them interact.

Travis Kelce and Swift began dating in 2023 after the Kansas City Chiefs star invited the singer to one of his games following her Eras Tour stop at Arrowhead Stadium. Their romance was confirmed in October that year when they were photographed hand in hand after a Saturday Night Live afterparty.

The pair went Instagram official in June 2024 and later made their red carpet debut at Tight End University in Nashville.

The Kingdom, a multi-part ESPN+ series covering the Chiefs’ 2024 season, also features Travis, who Ed believes is in the “best shape he’s been in a long time.”
