Indonesian I-Day celebrated

ISLAMABAD:
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Islamabad held a ceremony to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Indonesia's Independence on Sunday morning, 17 August 2025.
The ceremony was led by, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Indonesia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Chandra Warsenanto Sukotjo.
The event was attended by the Guests of Honour, Major General (retd) Asrobudi, Indonesia Big Wall Expedition (IBEX) advisor and six mountain climbers who successfully reached the peak of Trango Tower in Gilgit Baltistan, a couple days ago.
