The message criticised Ralph for “not standing up for himself” and suggested he should “leave her to be with him if she wants that much at the end of the day.” Shortly after, Ralph disabled comments on his posts.

Brosnahan and Ralph met in 2013 on the set of I’m Obsessed With You: But You’ve Got to Leave Me Alone and quietly married in 2019. She has previously criticised the media for frequently questioning her about her marriage while rarely asking her husband.
Corenswet, married to Julia Warner since 2023 and father to a young daughter, formed a close working bond with Brosnahan during their chemistry read for Superman.
