Police performance: DPO issues notice to 3 SHOs
DPO said the SHOs had failed in arresting the notorious POs and controlling crime in their respective areas.

DPO Bilal Sadiq Kamiyana has issued a show cause notice to SHOs of three police stations for their alleged poor performance. The DPO said that the SHOs had failed in arresting the notorious proclaimed offenders (POs) and controlling crime in their respective areas. SHOs who have been served show cause notices include Marala police SHO head Tariq Mehmood Dogar, Kotli Loharaan SHO police inspector Irfan Sher and Motra police SHO Zulfiqar Ahmed Chatta. A strict departmental probe has also been ordered against the SHOs.
