Renovated Hub Canal to open on Aug 13: Mayor

Mayor Murtaza Wahab has said that the Hub Dam project will be inaugurated on August 13. He stated that China-cutting, land commercialisation, and arbitrary distribution of plots are stories from the MQM era. He added that he is ready to sit with MQM, PTI, or JI to solve the issues as well as for the betterment of the city.

He said old videos of the canal bringing water from Hub Dam to Karachi are being used for propaganda.
