Motorway police officer arrested for corruption

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Shaheed Benazirabad Circle, has arrested a Motorway Police officer involved in corruption. The arrested suspect was involved in forgery, fraud, and corruption, issuing fake challan tickets to citizens.

According to the FIA spokesperson, the Composite Circle Shaheed Benazirabad conducted the operation and arrested the officer. The suspect was arrested after their pre-arrest bail was cancelled. The Special Judge Anti-Corruption Central Hyderabad canceled the suspect's pre-arrest bail.

According to the FIA spokesperson, the accused, Aizaz Akbar, was working as an Assistant Patrol Officer in the Motorway Police. The suspect's 14-day physical remand has been obtained, and further investigation is ongoing.
