A YouTuber known as Lauren Neidigh, who uses the handle LethalLauren904, has accused actress Blake Lively of harassment and intimidation in connection to Lively’s ongoing legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni.

According to a letter obtained by Us Weekly, Neidigh has requested a protective order against Lively, citing the undue burden created by legal subpoenas issued to her and other content creators.

Neidigh claims that she, along with fellow YouTubers McKenzie Folks and Kassidy O’Connell, were unfairly targeted after expressing critical views about Lively online. She alleged that Lively’s subpoena sought personal banking information without substantiating evidence and was designed to “intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech, and threaten the safety and privacy of non-parties.” Although Lively’s legal team dropped the subpoenas earlier this week, Neidigh emphasized that Lively has not ruled out reissuing them, thus maintaining what she describes as an “ongoing threat.”

In her letter, Neidigh requested both a formal protective order and sanctions to prevent further discovery actions she deems abusive. She also criticized Lively’s legal team for being “largely unresponsive.”

Lively, who has not publicly addressed the subpoena issue, has also reportedly subpoenaed other media personalities, including Perez Hilton and Candace Owens, as part of the same legal dispute.

This development stems from a broader legal conflict that began in December 2024 when Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni. Baldoni denied the claims and countersued for defamation, though his suit was dismissed in June.

While Lively has spoken publicly about the case, including during a May appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Baldoni has yet to grant an interview regarding the matter.
