Conor McGregor has broken his silence following the early morning fire at his Dublin pub, The Black Forge Inn, which is now under Garda(National Police Force) investigation as a suspected arson attack.

The incident occurred around 3:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, when emergency services were called to the premises on Drimnagh Road. Firefighters quickly contained the blaze at the front of the building, and no injuries were reported.

While Gardaí continue examining CCTV footage and searching for a suspect—believed to have doused the entrance with petrol and set it alight—McGregor took to social media with a defiant tone. In a video posted from his holiday yacht, the UFC star assured followers the pub suffered no serious damage and remains open for business. "You wouldn’t get through it with a rocket launcher,” he said, cracking a Forge beer before declaring, “She’s spotless!”

He later doubled down on his response in a series of bold social media posts, calling the venue “The Unbeatable Black Forge Inn.” He went further, saying, “I locate criminals in minutes. Vote McGregor!”—a reference to his hinted interest in running for the Irish presidency.
