The incident took place Saturday night, at what seemed to be the starting of her performance of “Vanish Into You” at the T-Mobile Arena as part of her ongoing Mayhem Ball tour.
According to fan-shot footage circulating on social media, the mishap began when one of Gaga’s cameramen slipped side-stage as they were making their way to the main stage. A nearby security guard quickly intervened, catching the crew member and preventing further disruption. Gaga, maintaining composure, adjusted the camera before continuing her performance. However, moments later, she stumbled herself.

As the Grammy-winning artist sang the line “Into the night, we…,” she momentarily lost her balance but quickly recovered. Yet, before finishing the line with the word “fly,” Gaga fell again — this time landing hard on her side. Despite the impact, she was assisted to her feet and resumed the performance without missing a beat.
