The owner of a snooker club was critically injured during a dispute in Purana Golimar and later succumbed to his injuries.
A man sustained a gunshot wound during a firing incident near Eidgah Ground. He was rushed to Civil Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The deceased was identified as 45-year-old Khurshid Ahmed.
Investigation revealed that the shooting took place during a dispute in the jurisdiction of Rizvia police station. The victim was shot from behind, and the bullet hit him in the hip. It is suspected that excessive bleeding may have led to his death.
