Josh Lucas, known for portraying a younger version of John Dutton in the hit series Yellowstone, has married television meteorologist Brianna Ruffalo. The couple wed in a ceremony held in Vatican City, marking Lucas’ second marriage—ten years after his 2014 divorce from writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez.

The news was first reported by Us Weekly after Ruffalo shared the announcement on Instagram on July 18. She posted a photo of the couple with the caption, “Mr. and Mrs. Incredibly blessed to receive this sacrament together inside the heart of the Catholic Church and holy city.” Lucas responded in the comments, writing, “I love you! Easily one of the greatest days of my life. I am so so grateful.”

The couple began dating in 2022 and got engaged two years later. The engagement was publicly shared in June 2024, a year before their July 2025 wedding. In the announcement post, Lucas wrote: “For the last 2 years in Every Way and Every Day this beautiful soul has made me and my life better, deeper, and more whole. I am so grateful and thrilled she said ‘Yes.’ I WAY love you, Brianna.”

The couple’s announcement drew warm responses from fans online.
“Guys, I have no words… you are beautiful, inside and out,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “Here’s to a very happy and beautiful life together forever!”

Lucas shares a son, Noah, with his former wife. Beyond his personal life, he gained recognition for his role in Yellowstone, which concluded in 2024. In an August 2024 interview with Tell-Tale TV, Lucas said he was eager to join the show after reading the script. “I was in awe of being there… because of the horses and the land,” he shared.

Their Vatican City wedding marks a personal milestone for Lucas, complementing the closing chapter of his work on Yellowstone.
