Minor boy's body found
Authorities have urged families to keep children away from floodwater or waterlogged zones.
LAHORE:
A 14-year-old boy, identified as Asad, drowned in accumulated rainwater near Raiwind Road, Lahore. According to the spokesperson, Rescue 1122 received a distress call about a child drowning in rainwater.
A rescue diver team was immediately dispatched, and the boy was retrieved from the water. Despite efforts, he could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The body was later handed over to the family. Authorities have urged families to keep children away from floodwater or waterlogged zones.
