Kanye West is facing more serious allegations from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused the rapper of multiple offenses, including sexual assault, battery, and sex trafficking. In newly filed legal documents, Pisciotta expands on previous claims made in her 2024 lawsuit, alleging that West engaged in a series of disturbing actions during their professional relationship.

According to Pisciotta, the incidents occurred during a business trip to San Francisco while West was in the process of launching his Donda school. She claims that West made unwanted sexual advances toward her, including an instance where he kissed her on the mouth and inappropriately questioned her about her private parts. Pisciotta alleges that she attempted to resist his advances, but the situation escalated during a writing session for one of West’s albums, where he allegedly masturbated and touched her inappropriately before falling asleep mid-conversation.

The situation reportedly worsened when West appeared at Pisciotta’s hotel room and demanded access to her shower. She claims that he forcibly entered the room, shoved her onto the bed, and assaulted her. Pisciotta alleges that she froze in fear as West sexually assaulted her, before he eventually stopped, apologized, and left the room.

Pisciotta also accuses West of offering her as a sexual gift to another man in exchange for that man having sex with West’s partner. This claim is part of a broader series of allegations in which Pisciotta accuses West of using women in this way.

These new claims come months after Pisciotta first accused West of drugging her during a studio session with Diddy, among other allegations in her initial complaint. West has yet to publicly respond to these latest allegations.
