Katy Perry reunites with Orlando Bloom in Italy days after confirming split

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were recently seen together on vacation in Italy, only days after confirming the end of their relationship. As reported by Hello! Magazine, the singer, 40, reunited with Bloom, 46, on the Amalfi Coast on July 6, following the conclusion of her Lifetimes Tour in Australia on June 30.

Just three days after their split was publicly confirmed, the former couple appeared amicable as they vacationed with their children—four-year-old Daisy Dove, whom they share, and Bloom’s 14-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to Miranda Kerr.

The reunion also included newlyweds Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, who are enjoying a post-wedding getaway after their $50 million ceremony in Venice. Although Perry missed the nuptials due to tour commitments, she appeared to be making up for it by joining the couple aboard a luxury yacht and exploring the Italian coast.

The reunion comes in the wake of public confirmation that their relationship has shifted in recent months. Representatives for the couple issued a statement addressing ongoing speculation: “Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting. They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is, and always will be, raising their daughter Daisy Dove with love, stability, and mutual respect.”

Perry and Bloom met at a Golden Globes afterparty in 2016, bonded over fast food, and began dating shortly after. After a brief split in 2017, they reconciled and got engaged in 2019. On the Call Her Daddy podcast, Perry reflected on their early challenges, while Bloom once remarked, “It’s better to set an example for kids and show that breakups don’t have to be about hate.”

Though no longer romantically involved, Perry and Bloom continue to present a united front as co-parents.
