Dale Moss has officially returned to the Bachelor franchise, joining Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise.
The 36-year-old former NFL wide receiver is best known for his whirlwind engagement to Clare Crawley on The Bachelorette Season 16. Their rapid connection led to an engagement after just 12 days of filming. The pair ultimately parted ways in 2021, and Crawley later married Ryan Dawkins.
Moss, who most recently ended a two-year relationship with HGTV’s Galey Alix in late 2024, says he's joining Paradise with an open heart. “Honestly, I’m in Paradise just to be open to the experience,” he told People. “I kind of want to just escape... meeting someone is very important to me.”
Jesse Palmer, host of Bachelor in Paradise, expressed enthusiasm for Moss's return, saying, “I was really excited to see what kind of impact [Dale] would have at the beach… and I think it’s safe to say he had a pretty big impact.”
Moss is a multi-hyphenate talent: former NFL player, actor, host, and global ambassador for Special Olympics. He runs Moss Martin Media, focused on diverse storytelling, and has worked with major platforms like ESPN, ABC, and Amazon Prime.
Reflecting on his personal growth since The Bachelorette, Moss shared, “I’ve learned a lot more about boundaries… I know what type of woman I want, and I’m not really trying to impress anyone.”
Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise premiered July 7 on ABC.
