Lisa Vanderpump’s future Vegas hotel catches fire

A fire broke out at the site of Lisa Vanderpump’s upcoming hotel in Las Vegas, but was quickly extinguished, with no injuries reported.
The blaze occurred in the parking lot of The Cromwell, a boutique hotel being transformed into The Vanderpump Hotel, according to Caesars Entertainment. The fire was swiftly controlled, and as a precaution, several guest rooms were briefly evacuated.

“There were no reported injuries, and out of an abundance of caution, some guest rooms were briefly evacuated,” Peterson told DailyMail.com. “All operations have now returned to normal, and we thank the Clark County Fire Department for their swift response.”
A video of the incident, shared by X user @iSeeCyrus, showed smoke billowing from the front of The Cromwell, with fire trucks on the scene. The cause of the fire has not yet been disclosed.

In March, Lisa Vanderpump announced plans to convert The Cromwell into The Vanderpump Hotel, marking her first-ever hotel venture. The property will undergo significant renovations, with 188 guest rooms and suites set for redesign, along with an upgraded reception area and a new lounge. The redesign will feature bespoke Vanderpump Alain furnishings and lighting fixtures, creating a unique, upscale atmosphere.
The transformation of The Cromwell into The Vanderpump Hotel will continue through 2026, joining Lisa’s collection of successful restaurants and bars in Las Vegas, including those featured on her reality show Vanderpump Rules.
