DC drops new Superman teaser featuring Hawkgirl in action

A new promotional clip for DC Studios’ Superman has surfaced, offering the first official look at Hawkgirl in live action.
Shared via @DCFilmNews on X, the 10-second video shows the winged hero in flight, wielding her mace, with the film’s theatrical release date of July 11, 2025, confirmed at the end.

The footage highlights Hawkgirl’s winged costume, which reflects elements from her comic book design. The scene is set against a natural outdoor backdrop and appears to emphasize practical effects.
Superman is the first film in DC Studios’ new cinematic slate, launched under the leadership of James Gunn. According to DC’s roadmap, the film will begin Chapter One of the rebooted DC Universe, titled Gods and Monsters.
