The jury in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal criminal trial has reached a partial verdict, delivering decisions on four of the five counts against the music mogul.

However, jurors remain deadlocked on the first and most serious charge — racketeering conspiracy — which carries a potential life sentence.

The announcement came on the second day of jury deliberations, following a nearly two-month-long trial in New York. The 12-member jury has heard from 34 witnesses, including former girlfriends, federal agents, and alleged victims. Among the key testimonies was that of singer Cassie Ventura, who detailed years of alleged abuse, including coerced sex acts, physical assault, and participation in so-called "freak offs."

The partial verdict covers counts two through five, involving charges of sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution of Ventura and another woman, referred to as “Jane.” The jury informed the court they could not reach a consensus on the racketeering conspiracy charge due to immovable opinions among members.

Both the defense and prosecution submitted proposals on how to proceed. Prosecutors suggested invoking an Allen charge — a judicial instruction urging jurors to try to reach a unanimous verdict. The judge has not yet made a final decision.

Tensions were high in the courtroom as Combs sat flanked by his legal team, at times appearing to pray and rubbing his eyes. His children and family were present for the developments.

The jury also requested to review specific testimony from Ventura and male escort Daniel Phillip, including details of alleged abuse at the InterContinental Hotel and other locations.
