Bezos married Sánchez at San Giorgio Maggiore earlier in the week. The ceremony, followed by formal dinners and private cruises, has been estimated to cost $46.5 million-$55.6 million..

Despite local protests, including a demonstration by No Space For Bezos near Santa Lucia railway station, the events continued without reported disruptions.

Sánchez wore a gown inspired by Sophia Loren’s costume in Houseboat and jewellery that included Dolce & Gabbana Alta Gioielleria pieces. Her new wedding band was displayed during a visit to Harry’s Bar, alongside an earlier engagement ring reportedly valued between $3-5 million.

The Bezos-Sánchez wedding marks the second marriage for both. The couple, who have seven children between them, are expected to return to the United States following their extended stay in Italy.
