Women among robbers remanded to police custody

The Judicial Magistrate East on Friday granted physical remand to three accused, including two women, until Saturday in a case of robbery worth more than Rs130 million at a house in PECHS and handed them over to the police for interrogations.

The complainant identified the accused in the courtroom. The magistrate handed over the accused to Ferozabad police and ordered to produce the accused on Saturday (today) with the report. According to the prosecution, the accused committed robbery at the complainant's house on the night of June 26 and looted away with Rs130 million cash, watches, laptops, mobile phones and other valuables. One of the robbers was wearing FIA uniform.
