Stefon Diggs rents French castle for Cardi B ahead of her new album release and Offset divorce drama

NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs surprised Cardi B with a royal getaway, renting a castle in France for their summer trip. The New England Patriots star fulfilled the rapper’s long-standing wish to explore a European castle by booking a stay in one, complete with all the luxury and charm.

Cardi B gave fans a tour of their temporary home via Instagram Stories, highlighting its moat, indoor pool, dining hall, and themed bathrooms. She jokingly referred to the bathroom setup, saying, “This is where we take the royal s***,” before laughing and pointing to the bath: “Where I will wash my royal hiney.”

According to Cardi, Diggs planned the entire trip after she mentioned that she rarely had time to explore castles while in Europe. His response was to rent an entire one, turning her offhand comment into a lavish reality.

Though the couple’s stay is filled with scenic views and regal aesthetics, Diggs hasn’t taken a break from training. He brought his trainer along and shared footage of his intense workout sessions on social media. Cardi even cheered him on as he lifted weights, praising his discipline throughout the trip.

The pair also made headlines recently due to a viral yacht video of Diggs distributing a mysterious pink substance  which sparked an internal investigation by the New England Patriots.

Cardi, meanwhile, has been navigating a high-profile divorce from Offset, filed in July 2024, involving disputes over custody and financial support.

Despite the personal drama, Cardi announced her long-awaited second album, Am I the Drama?, set to release on September 19, 2025, marking her first full project since Invasion of Privacy in 2018.
