Marvel’s Ironheart debuts on Disney+ with three-episode premiere
Marvel Studios' highly anticipated series Ironheart is officially live on Disney+, with the first three episodes premiering June 24, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
The six-episode show follows Riri Williams, portrayed by Dominique Thorne, as she returns to Chicago after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
First introduced in the 2022 film, Riri is a tech prodigy and MIT student who builds an armored suit inspired by Tony Stark, earning comparisons to Iron Man. Ironheart expands her journey as she navigates a world where her advanced technology collides with supernatural elements, including a showdown with new villain The Hood, played by Anthony Ramos.
The cast also features Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, and Anji White, with executive production from Ryan Coogler and Kevin Feige.
Fans can expect the final three episodes to drop on July 1. The release strategy mirrors recent MCU series, offering back-to-back weekly drops for binge and weekly viewers alike.
Ironheart builds on the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s expanding Disney+ slate, including Agatha All Along and Daredevil: Born Again. For fans of Iron Man or Black Panther, Disney+ also streams the full Avengers saga, offering easy access to related titles.
With high expectations and a unique blend of tech and mysticism, Ironheart looks to carve a new legacy for Marvel’s next-generation heroes.
