A special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Peshawar has directed the authorities to ensure the appearance of prosecution witnesses along with case property in the trials related to the attacks on the Radio Pakistan building and the Provincial Election Commission office.

The court remarked that continued adjournments due to non-compliance of the directives are hindering the progress of the cases.
The court ordered that witnesses must be produced with the relevant case evidence in upcoming hearings to avoid further delays. The next hearings in both cases are scheduled for June 25 and 26.
Meanwhile, the court summoned all eyewitnesses in the Radio Pakistan attack case to appear on June 26.
ATC Judge Wali Muhammad presided over the hearing and issued formal notices to the witnesses.
