Adin Ross has made headlines with a major real estate investment, purchasing a luxury estate in Davie, Florida for $26 million. The popular Kick streamer secured the mansion at a 20% discount, down from the original $32 million asking price, in what has become a record-setting transaction for the area.

Situated on a vast 10-acre lot, the 11,325-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with a long list of high-end features. The property offers landscaped gardens, a spa, a home theatre, reflecting pool, chef’s kitchen, pool house, and even an art studio.

Property records show the deal was finalised through an LLC, with Ross placing a $12.7 million down payment financed via Vaster Capital. The sellers, aerospace executives Laurent and Laure Parelle, had originally acquired the land for just $775,000 before developing the estate into one of the town's most valuable private properties.

While Ross has not publicly commented on the purchase, aerial images reveal the estate dwarfs surrounding homes. Known for his massive online presence and high-profile interviews with celebrities such as Drake and Donald Trump, Ross has reportedly amassed a net worth of around $16 million.

His success spans multiple platforms including Twitch, Kick, and his boxing ventures.
