'Gardenia Hub' boosts city's greenery

The redevelopment plan includes the installation of modern flower shops

ISLAMABAD:

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is transforming its existing nursery on Park Road into a modern horticultural centre, named the Gardenia Hub, aimed at fostering green spaces and advancing environmental sustainability across the capital city.

CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, accompanied by senior officials, recently conducted a surprise inspection of the site to assess the progress of the project.

The redevelopment plan includes the installation of modern flower shops, advanced greenhouses, and state-of-the-art tissue culture propagation facilities designed to enhance plant cultivation and biodiversity.
