Cassie Ventura told a New York court she’d return her $20M settlement if it erased her experience with Diddy’s “freak-offs.”

Testifying as the prosecution’s star witness, the singer detailed alleged drug-fueled sex parties, abuse, and manipulation she endured during her decade-long relationship with Combs. Breaking down in tears, Cassie described the “freak-offs” as degrading events that left her injured and stalled her music career. “I would have agency and autonomy,” she said on the stand.

Combs faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.

During cross-examination, Combs’ legal team highlighted Cassie’s $20 million settlement following her 2023 lawsuit, suggesting financial motivation. Cassie countered by asserting she prioritized her freedom over money.

In a surprise reveal, the defense disclosed that Cassie is also set to receive $10 million from InterContinental Hotels. The payout is linked to a 2016 incident captured in viral surveillance footage, showing Combs physically assaulting her at the Los Angeles hotel.

Singer Dawn Richard also testified, recalling a 2009 incident where she allegedly witnessed Combs assault Cassie. She claimed Combs later told her that “where he’s from, people go missing” if they speak out.

Additionally, a Homeland Security agent testified about items seized during Combs' arrest, including cash, drugs, and baby oil.

The trial continues next week in Manhattan, where media and spectators have flooded the courthouse daily.
