India's war narrative falls flat

India has struggled to sell its narrative to powerful nations and the broader international community following its cowardly strikes on Pakistan, as Islamabad's proactive and strategic diplomacy continues to gather momentum, official sources confirmed on Wednesday.

The Foreign Office has gone into high gear, working to lay bare the true motives behind the Indian aggression by engaging global partners through public and behind-the-scenes diplomatic efforts.

Pakistan has been actively presenting the facts surrounding the Pahalgam incident and the subsequent Indian strikes to key allies, including the United States, which, according to officials, are increasingly receptive to Islamabad's stance.

According to sources, international pressure is now building on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government to step back from the brink and pursue a path of dialogue over confrontation.

The growing chorus for de-escalation has reportedly put New Delhi on the back foot, revealing cracks in both its military strategy and diplomatic posture, and leaving it increasingly cornered on the global stage.

A federal government official revealed that India was unable to substantiate its allegations against Pakistan regarding the Pahalgam incident. In fact, Islamabad offered cooperation in investigating the attack, an offer New Delhi declined, primarily because it lacked any credible evidence to begin with.

In the wake of its diplomatic failure, India opted for a military strike under the cover of darkness, targeting multiple cities in Pakistan. It later claimed to have attacked so-called "militant camps". However, it failed once again to provide any proof to back its allegations.

The claims have turned out to be "nothing but a pack of lies," an official revealed.
