Withdrawal of FIRs against doctors urged

The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) and Pakistan Medical Association have demanded that the provincial government withdraw the FIRs registered against protesting doctors and take action against the police officials who had maltreated and tortured them.

Addressing a press conference, representatives of the LHCBA and PMA Punjab condemned the registration of FIRs against doctors and action taken against employees of the health department.
