Rally held for recovery of kidnapped Bheel girl

The family expressed grave concerns about Radha's safety, questioning whether she was still alive.

HYDERABAD:

Fourteen-year-old Radha Bheel, who was allegedly abducted from the jurisdiction of Husri Police Station, remains missing even after 14 days, prompting her family, social activists, and members of the minority community to stage a protest rally and demonstration.

The rally began from Siddique Mallah village and culminated in a protest outside the Hoshri Mor Police Post, where participants chanted slogans demanding the recovery of Radha Bheel and protection for minority communities.

During the protest, Radha's father Pinu Bheel, mother Jamna Bheel, sister Diya Bheel, and brother Raju Bheel demanded her immediate recovery. They alleged that Radha had been abducted by Fahad Pathan and his accomplices, and said that although a case had been registered and one suspect arrested, police had so far failed to recover the girl.

The family expressed grave concerns about Radha's safety, questioning whether she was still alive.

Addressing the protest, social activists including Dr Amarsi, Aftab Ahmed Khoso, Nazir Noonari, Mushtaq Noonari, Ghulam Mustafa Mallah, Akbar Bhatti, and others criticized the police, accusing them of shirking their responsibility by suggesting that Radha had married Fahad Pathan.

They demanded that if such a marriage had taken place, Radha must be produced before a court to verify the claim.
