Khloé Kardashian has launched a new health-conscious snack brand, introducing Khloud Protein Popcorn to the market with a focus on clean ingredients and high protein content.

The popcorn line, which will be available nationwide at Target from 29 April, features three flavours: Olive Oil & Sea Salt, Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, and White Cheddar.

The reality television personality and entrepreneur told PEOPLE that the product is seed-oil free, non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and delivers 7 grams of complete protein per serving. The protein is added through what Kardashian has named “Khloud dust”, a proprietary blend of milk proteins and seasonings designed to enhance flavour without relying on artificial additives.

"I'm at this stage in my [health] journey for the past few years that I've been really trying to up my protein intake. I'm all about muscle definition and being strong and healthy, not just skinny," Kardashian explained. She added that the concept for Khloud emerged from her difficulty in finding snacks that aligned with her dietary goals and preferences as a parent.

Kardashian, who shares two children with ex-partner Tristan Thompson, said the brand’s development was influenced by her role as a mother and her concerns over the quality of many snack options marketed for children.

While popcorn is the brand’s debut offering, Kardashian has indicated that more snack items may follow as she seeks to expand Khloud into a trusted name in health-forward food.
