Two members of snatcher gang nabbed

Karachi Company police arrested two wanted members of a notorious snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities and recovered snatched valuables and weapons with ammunition from their possession.

According to an official, the gang was involved in numerous snatching activities in various areas of the twin cities.

The team also recovered eight mobile phones and weapons used in the crime from their possession. The suspects were identified as Sanab and Samad. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

Deputy Inspector General of Police Islamabad, Muhammad Jawad Tariq, also directed officers to an effective crackdown against the accused involved in criminal activities and to take all possible measures to protect the life and property of the citizens.
