Two convicts sentenced to life imprisonment

The Session Court has sentenced two criminals involved in the robbery and murder of a lawyer to life imprisonment, along with additional penalties and a total fine of Rs 1.15 million.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Dildar Shah, presiding over the case registered at Sandal Bar police station, convicted the accused—Muhammad Usman Arain and Abbas Ali Dogar, both residents of 73/GB.

They were found guilty under Section 302-B of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) for murdering lawyer Salman Khalid, a resident of 34/GB, during a robbery that took place on March 7, 2021.
