QUETTA:

Terrorists cannot hold an inch of land for more than three hours," said Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, emphasizing that security forces will respond swiftly to neutralize any threat.

Condemning the recent attack on Jefferson Express, CM stated that targeting unarmed passengers, women, children, and laborers is unacceptable and goes against Baloch traditions.

He stressed that the entire Baloch political leadership and people of Balochistan reject such acts, and associating them with Baloch identity is misleading.

"Baloch history is rooted in hospitality, respect, and strong traditions. Such heinous acts have never been part of our culture," he added. Bugti explained that terrorists rely on propaganda videos to create fear, but the government and security forces are actively countering their narrative. He reiterated that good governance and merit-based policies are being prioritized to strengthen security efforts further. He reaffirmed that peace and development must go hand in hand in Balochistan, and sustaining this momentum is crucial for the province's success.
