Stefani’s post quickly ignited backlash, with critics accusing her of promoting Carlson’s show and aligning with right-wing ideology. “Gwen, as a longtime fan, you’re making it harder and harder to keep supporting you,” one user wrote. Another responded, “You honestly need a reality check, God, this is heartbreaking.” Others pointed to her past promotion of the prayer and meditation app Hallow, which costs $70 annually, as further proof of her supposed conservative shift.

Despite the criticism, many fans defended Stefani’s right to express her faith. “He’s a Catholic, and Gwen is a Catholic, and it’s the beginning of Lent.
