Tinted car window costs DC his job

Deputy Commissioner Mukhtiar Ali Abro removed after tinting vehicle windows, replaced by Murtaza Shah.

Deputy Commissioner of Dadu district, Mukhtiar Ali Abro, has been removed from his post and Additional Secretary Labour, Syed Murtaza Ali Shah, has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner in his place. The Services and General Administration Department Sindh has issued a notification in this regard on Monday.

Mukhtiar Ali Abro was issued a show cause notice a day ago for allegedly turning the windows of his official vehicle tinted. The chief minister took notice and said that the DC's action was against the policy set by the provincial government for government officers.

It may be noted that Dadu is the home district of the chief minister.
