Sindh takes the wheel of bus services

Operational control of Green Line and Orange Line bus services officially transferred to Sindh government.

KARACHI:

The operational control of the Green Line and Orange Line bus services has been officially handed over to the Sindh government. A ceremony was held at the Operational Command and Control Centre in Garden area, where CEO of PIDCL, Waseem Bajwa, transferred the operational control of the Green Line and Orange Line bus services to Transport Secretary Asad Zamin.

Sindh Senior Minister and Provincial Minister for Information, Transport, and Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, said that the transfer of the Green Line and Orange Line bus services to the Sindh government is a significant step toward further organising the public transport network.

He reasserted the government's resolve to undertake all possible steps to enhance and maintain these bus services in order to provide the best travelling facilities to citizens.

Unfortunately the media doesn t show services of Sind government being highly biased.But for some mistake they will play hell. Last month I traveled in northern Sind and was amazing situation to see double carriage roads with excellent service throughout larrkana Jacob Abad sukkhar dadu sehwsn Hyderabad.
