WATCH: Shoaib Malik shares his close bond with son Izhaan

Former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik has revealed that he makes it a point to visit his son, Izhaan, in Dubai twice a month.

Speaking during a recent Ramadan transmission, Malik opened up about his close relationship with his son and the importance of spending quality time together.

Malik shared that his relationship with Izhaan goes beyond that of a father and son, describing it as more of a friendship and a strong bond.

He ensures that whenever he is in Dubai, he dedicates time to his son, from dropping him off at school in the morning to picking him up in the afternoon.

The cricketer also participates in sports activities with Izhaan, including football games at the park, which his son enjoys immensely.

The former captain stressed the importance of building a friendly relationship with children, citing his own closeness with his mother as an example.

He mentioned how their outings together, like going to the park and playing football, have helped strengthen their bond.

After his separation from Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, Shoaib Malik remarried actress Sana Javed, and their son, Izhaan, now resides in Dubai with his mother.
