Meghan Markle sent flowers to Uvalde victims' mothers after tragedy: "She's a genuine person"

A mother of the Uvalde victims reveals how Meghan Markle supported them on their first mother's day after the tragedy.

Meghan Markle, often scrutinised in the media, has quietly shown support for grieving families affected by the Uvalde school shooting. According to a mother of one of the victims, the Duchess of Sussex sent flowers to the mothers of the children lost in the tragedy.

The Uvalde shooting, which took place at Robb Elementary School in May 2022, claimed the lives of 19 children and two adults.

In a heartfelt social media post, one grieving mother shared, “[Meghan’s] a genuine person. I lost my daughter in the Uvalde tragedy, and she sent the mothers of the victims flowers for our first Mother’s Day without our babies.”

Meghan also reportedly helped oversee the restoration of community parks in Texas, although she chose to keep her involvement out of the media spotlight.

The revelation surfaced on a Reddit forum, where users praised her quiet generosity. “She gets so much hate and has spoken about the mental health toll… and then you hear things like this,” one commenter noted.

Despite ongoing criticism, Meghan’s supporters continue to highlight her philanthropic efforts, many of which remain undisclosed to the public.
