Water pump vandalised
Shabbir and his men were angry over lack of water supply in their area, the KWSC staff said.
The PTI supported councilor of the Shah Fasal Colony, Shabbir Thaikeydaar, allegedly set fire to the electrical control panel of the Shah Faisal water pumping station.
Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation officials told police that Shabbir, along with 30-35 men barged into the pumping station at around 10:30am on Wednesday, told the staff to get out, and vandalized the place.
