Football: Xavi wants ‘more intensity’ from Barca
Barcelona gave up a two-goal advantage to draw 2-2 at Real Sociedad in La Liga.
MADRID:
Barcelona have uncharacteristically surrendered the lead in their last two matches and captain Xavi wants more intensity from the side. Barcelona gave up a two-goal advantage to draw 2-2 at Real Sociedad in La Liga, before conceding a stoppage-time equaliser to AC Milan in a 2-2 draw in the Champions League. “It’s clear that we could’ve done without the last thirty seconds of the game,” he said. “Sometimes football is unjust. We have to play with a lot more intensity.”
