Burglar who shot accomplice netted

In a recent operation, the Sarai Saleh Police apprehended the ringleader of an inter-provincial thief and dacoit gang who had shot and killed his own accomplice in a police encounter within the jurisdiction of Sarai Saleh police station.

Several incidents of burglary in locked houses were reported within the limits of Sarai Saleh and other police stations.

On February 8, 2025, an informant reported that the absconding accused involved in burglary cases were approaching a police-patrolled area on a Honda 125 motorcycle. Considering the information as credible, the police set up a checkpoint.
