Virat Kohli’s brilliant century guided India to a six-wicket victory over Pakistan in a high-stakes Champions Trophy clash.

Kohli scored his fourth ODI century against Pakistan and the 51st of his career. He remained unbeaten on 100 off 111 balls, hitting seven fours. His match-winning knock earned him the Player of the Match award.

During the match, Kohli also reached a major career milestone by surpassing 14,000 runs in ODI cricket. He became only the third batter to achieve this feat, following Sachin Tendulkar and Kumar Sangakkara.

Kohli reached the landmark in just 287 innings, making him the fastest player to do so. In comparison, Tendulkar took 350 innings, while Sangakkara reached the mark in 378 innings.
