The special anti-terrorism court has ordered to present the police file and challan in the case of the attack on the Chinese convoy near Karachi Airport. The court heard the bail application of the accused Gul Nisa.
The investigating officer said that the police file is with the higher officers. If some time is given, he will present the police file and challan. Defence lawyer Shaukat Hayat Advocate argued that the accused Gul Nisa is innocent. No evidence has been presented against her. The police are deliberately using delaying tactics.
