Streamer Steven "Destiny" Bonnell II is facing a lawsuit in Florida over allegations of sharing intimate images without consent. 

The case, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, accuses him of violating the state's revenge porn laws and inflicting emotional distress on the plaintiff.

The lawsuit is based on Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED) under common law and a Florida statute criminalizing revenge porn.
