Police arrested 293 professional beggars within a week during a citywide crackdown.

According to the police, CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani has deployed special police squads to target professional beggars operating at streets and intersections.

Authorities highlighted that these beggars not only disrupt traffic on busy highways but also cause inconvenience to citizens.
