The show opened with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes addressing the upcoming Elimination Chamber match and his potential WrestleMania challenger.
He acknowledged Jey Uso’s decision to challenge Gunther and named the confirmed competitors for the Men's Chamber match.
Drew McIntyre interrupted, taking issue with Rhodes overlooking his name. The two exchanged words before Jacob Fatu, accompanied by Tama Tonga, entered the ring.
Fatu declared his intent to win the Elimination Chamber and bring the WWE Championship back to his family. Tensions rose as Fatu and Rhodes stared each other down before Solo Sikoa arrived at the arena.
Backstage, Fatu attempted to get answers from Sikoa, who claimed he had been off his game since losing the Ula Fala.
Sikoa, however, reaffirmed his commitment to their cause, urging Fatu to win his qualifying match.

Shinsuke Nakamura called out WWE superstars for lacking the warrior spirit, prompting LA Knight to respond.

Despite Miz's resilience, Knight secured the win with a BFT.

Tiffany Stratton retains Women’s Championship via disqualification
Tiffany Stratton defended the WWE Women's Championship against Nia Jax, the former titleholder.
Jax used her power advantage, but Stratton’s agility allowed her to stay in the fight.
Just as Stratton set up for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever, Candice LeRae interfered, tripping Stratton mid-air and causing a disqualification.
After the match, Jax delivered an An-Nia-Lator before attempting another attack, only for Trish Stratus to rush in and neutralize LeRae.
Jax, however, flattened Stratus with a corner splash.
As the dust settled, Charlotte Flair made her way to the ring and officially declared herself Stratton’s challenger for WrestleMania 41.
Damian Priest qualifies for Elimination Chamber in chaotic main event
The main event saw Jacob Fatu, Braun Strowman, and Damian Priest collide in a Triple Threat match to determine the latest addition to the Men’s Elimination Chamber.
Fatu and Priest worked together briefly to neutralize Strowman, but alliances quickly dissolved. The match turned chaotic as Solo Sikoa interfered, hitting Strowman with a Samoan Spike.
Cody Rhodes rushed in to even the odds, leading to an all-out brawl with Sikoa and Tama Tonga.
The distraction allowed Priest to capitalize, hitting South of Heaven on Strowman for the victory.
After the match, Rhodes and Priest had a tense staredown, both eyeing the WrestleMania 41 main event as SmackDown went off the air.
