Indian military and intelligence agencies have been involved in subversive activities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan through the use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Pakistan has shared evidence of these activities with United Nations officials.

According to security sources, the Indian military has a long history of unprovoked firing and subversive actions against unarmed civilians along the Line of Control (LoC). India has been attempting sabotage operations by transporting and deploying IEDs along the LoC.

Evidence reveals that since 2016, India has planted IEDs in 54 separate incidents along the LoC. The discovery and detonation of these devices have increased in areas such as Chakothi, Neza Pir, Chirikot, Rakh Chikri, Dewa, Battal, Kot Kotera, and others, according to security forces.

They further highlighted that Indian-planted IED explosions have resulted in the deaths and injuries of numerous innocent civilians. Additionally, India's sabotage efforts include smuggling IEDs, weapons, and narcotics into areas such as Bagh, Battal, and Dewa.

Between February 4 and 6, four Indian IEDs were discovered in the Battal Sector and Rawalakot, leading to the martyrdom of one civilian. Furthermore, on February 12, 2025, Indian forces violated the ceasefire in the Dewa and Bagsar Sectors, injuring two Pakistani soldiers.

Pakistan has lodged a protest with India over its attempts to spread unrest and smuggle IEDs into areas including Poonch, Bagh, Kotli, Mirpur, and Rawalakot. Pakistan has also provided evidence of these subversive activities to UN officials stationed in these regions.

Indian forces have repeatedly staged false flag operations and fake encounters to falsely accuse the Pakistani military of cross-border incursions. Additionally, several officers from Indian military units, including 3 Rajputs and 12 Jats, have been punished for using military resources to smuggle narcotics and weapons.

Substantial evidence confirms that Indian agencies have used double agents to smuggle arms consignments in collaboration with Indian border forces, portraying them as Pakistani weapons. These double agents were later persecuted and falsely declared as Pakistanis to justify fabricated claims and secure financial rewards.

In November 2022, a civilian shot and killed an Indian soldier in a video while the soldier was attempting to hide a weapons cache, as per security sources. Discontent within the Indian military has led to an increase in suicide incidents every year.

Indian military investigations often label suicide incidents as cross-border firing exchanges to avoid scrutiny. There are undeniable evidences of India's history of interference and subversive activities in other countries.

India's violations of the ceasefire agreement, transportation of IEDs, and weapons pose a threat to regional peace and security. The Indian military's organized tactics are primarily aimed at covering up its failures in occupied Kashmir.

India is imprisoning dissenting voices and seizing the properties of locals in occupied Kashmir. It is exploiting the people of occupied Kashmir and attempting to alter the demographics of occupied Kashmir.

India's accusations against Pakistan are its attempts to divert attention from its own terrorist activities and it is attempting to create unrest in Azad Jammu and Kashmir to drive a wedge between the public and the military, as per defense experts.

India's violations of the ceasefire agreement are an attempt to provoke Pakistan and harass Kashmiris, according to defense experts. The Indian military uses fake encounters to falsely accuse Pakistan of cross-border incursions and cover up its own crimes, added the defense experts.

They pointed out India is conspiring to portray Pakistan as a supporter of terrorism on the global stage, ahead of Modi's visit to the US. Evidence of India's subversive activities through secret agencies has also been found in Canada, US, UK and Australia.

The killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada and the conspiracy to kill Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the US by Indian secret agencies are part of this series, the defense experts highlighted, adding India must realize that such activities can escalate crises, posing a threat to regional security, as per defense experts.
