Under the program, university, college, and secondary school students, along with working women, will receive scooters to enhance their self-reliance.

To ensure a transparent and efficient process, a special committee led by the Secretary of Finance will be formed to establish criteria for awarding scooters and bikes.
Chief Minister Bugti highlighted that the project would not be limited to students alone but would also be available to the general public under easy financing terms, making modern travel facilities more accessible to a wider population.
Furthermore, he announced that the scheme would receive financial support through bank financing in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan to ensure its long-term sustainability and success.
The formal launch of the Pink Scooty Scheme is scheduled to coincide with International Women's Day, underscoring the government's commitment to women's empowerment and independence.
